Lifetime Warranty

Almaseyah Jewellery maintain high quality control and craftsmanship for each product we manufacture; that is why we offer this lifetime warranty. Your original receipt is required for all our warranty services. We agree to repair or replace any item which we consider to be manufacturing defect. This Warranty expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss (including loss of stones) and theft. Repair, sizing, or service performed by anyone other than Almaseyah will immediately void the warranty.


Return policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund within 15 days, from the date you received your purchase.

To make a return, email info@Simonaconstantine.com for a return authorization number (RAN). Please make sure to include the reason for your return. Returns that did not receive an (RAN) may not be accepted and will in that case be returned to sender.

Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend that you return your purchases by secured courier (not by the post office) or in person to our office in Dubai. It is also recommended to ensure your returns for the full retail value of the merchandise as well a tracking number for your package if any.

Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, jewellery cards/tags, and boxes. Please keep your receipt for your records as well as our company flyer for future purchases. No refunds or credit note will be issued for merchandize returned in a used or damaged condition.

Please note: all sale tailored orders and customized pieces are considered final sales and are not returnable or exchangeable unless malfunctioning or defective.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is your responsibility to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defect. If defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away so that we can correct the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund.
